She left on Friday. Rented a Cadillac and drove her and the dog out to Phoenix. She told me she loves me. She reiterates it every time I talk to her. I wish she would prove it.


She made landfall in Texas tonight.


The boy cried and dried up. He's been okay, but he talks about us being alone and how I need a girlfriend. I told him I'm still married and I love her. He replied "She's not here. You just have to find one who won't leave." Fuck. Every woman in this child's life has left him swinging. I hope he learns to trust again. He told me the other day that he's glad I'm here. He knows Daddy puts him first.

My job is good, if a bit stressful. I'm pretty chill about the drive, but today was a bitch. It is International Worker's Day, which is more popularly known as May Day. Or Commie Fourth of July. It's bullshit, but I could give two shits about whoever's politics. What I DO give a shit about is how the immigrant rights assholes decide to have fifteen fucking rallies in the middle of LA. In the middle of my commute. So here's today's I Hate List.

nice cars that cut you off on the freeway and stomp on the brakes


big ass trucks that have to be ONE car ahead of you so you can't see the traffic ahead

getting home and looking forward to clan night, only to be dropped from the host and not able to get back in because the room filled up in the 3.2 seconds while you reconnect.


and now, fucking illegal immigrants.


I don't hold it against anybody trying to make themselves a better life, just don't do it on my commute. Fuckheads.

I'm glad to hear your boy is talking about the situation and doesnt seem bitter. For his age he seems very insiteful, and obviously yearns for a woman in the household. I wish there was an Aunt cousin, sister etc. that might be able to inner act with him, could help alot. Brady Bunchs Alice would be great about now, just do the best you can and good luck.\r \r My hate list?\r \r I just hate that guy in front of me with the landscaping truck.\r His damn taillights work and he doesnt have 27 weedwackers and crap blocking the view his own truck lights, if they didnt.\r Not only that, there arent 11 guys crammed in the cab and back that he pays $3 an hour cash-everyday.\r \r Who the hell does he think he is?\r \r That bastard!
