Life's Soundtrack

I've thrown lyrics down before, but sometimes, they just strike you as totally appropriate to where you are physically or emotionally. Are there two L's in travelling? Or emotionally? If so, great, but one or two L's and the word looks stupid.

I'm a little cranky due to a few days of the silent treatment and barely veiled hostility. So as I sit here cranking through paperwork and trying to keep the nose to the grindstone I'm pumping my iPod. I've got a seriously mixed up amount of music, but today is the Killin' playlist. Paperwork usually dictates the MickTunes playlist with its complement of Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys, but I want to crank. Metal and rock it is.

A Soil song comes through my headphones. If you don't know Soil they are a bit like Disturbed- good curbstomping music. Here's the lyrics that grabbed me:
