Updates..

So we went through our audit on Thursday with no boss, with me in the hotseat. During the first two days, we had a grand total of 6 items that need to be addressed. I actually think that two were variations on a theme, but whatever. That was when the boss was handling the audit.

The Thursday portion of the audit, which I handled, had ZERO findings. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. We had Nada III!

The auditor says at the end of the day "We need to find SOMETHING."

I reply "Are you fucking high?"

Knee jerk reaction, didn't even have a chance to check my piehole. We all laughed together. Thank goodness he has a sense of humor.

We have a saying back home- "The sun shines on a dog's ass once in a while." It means that everybody gets lucky. I guess I got lucky, because I know there are some serious holes in the processes we were auditing, but I was able to keep the auditor's nose out of them. I'm the bomb. I should sell used cars!

And I got another job offer on Friday from a customer! That's six this year! I gotta watch my p's and q's- getting too lucky for my own good!

On the home front, the wifey has been home and we're going at it day-today. Smooth sailing, but some big decsions are coming soon.

I'm home today because my kiddo gave me some nasty cold/flu bug and I feel like crapola.  Agua, agua, agua.  And yesterday was 15 weeks sober.  23 lbs off of the fat Mass!

Sorry to Doodi, who had the worst Super Bowl Sunday I have ever heard of. The rest of you Bears fans have my sympathies as well, I was rooting for ya.
