gwarrior2k's blog, His xbox broke 36 hours after mine and he GOT HIS BACK ALREADY!!! I just got the goddamn coffin TODAY!
WTF!!!
I guess that's what happens when you're a geek. I felt more comfortable in filling out the web form than calling and speaking with someone. If I had explained to the rep that the Xbox broke a week after I got it repaired, they might have expedited it. And now I'm paying for it.
