Newbie Post

I'm new here so I guess I'll have to post at least one message. 

I'll probably never post again, ('cause I'm lazy about posting on blogs; I have 2 other blogs I never post on either) so I'll just give you guys  the important bits.

Gaming History:

Started gaming on the PC around '95 with my first love, Lara Croft, in Tomb Raider. Stuck to simple games like Hunter Hunted and Interstate '76, and ignored the whole console game market. I'd purchased the first SEGA console back in '87(??not sure on the date), the MASTER SYSTEM, if anybody remembers. It was the first console I had ever bought, and for a while it rocked -- until Nintendo released their console. I think I only bought 4 games and by the time I went to buy the 5th, SEGA had stopped selling games for it -- 'cause Nintendo had kicked their ass. I stopped gaming for a time, while I focused on school and metal (ie. Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc) .In '96 while purchasing Age of Empires ( after discovering Warcraft 2 I got into RTS), I discovered this other game called Quake -- and after that, I mainly focused on FPS. I continued on with Unreal, Quake 2, Half-Life, and Unreal Tournament. I still played some RTS, like Starcraft and Age of Empires 2. The only RPG I played at that time was Diablo and later on Diablo 2. I mainly played FPS  up until 2006. I saw video of the new XBox360 and the PS3 games and realized that consoles had caught up to PCs in performance and power. So finally, bought another console, actually two, the XBox360 and PS3. Since then I've stopped gaming on the PC. I focus on the consoles instead. I've played Resistance: Fall of Man and Call of Duty 3 on the PS3, the only 2 good FPS for that system -- until Battlefield: Bad Company and Unreal Tournament 3 that is. I've only played Gears of War a few times online. I've mainly played Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 online, but not very well or for a long enough time. I'm currently focusing on Gears of War 2, Rainbow Six Las Vegas 2, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, and Call of Duty: World at War for now. Plus I've got a back log of other single player games for Xbox 360 (ie. Assasin's Creed, Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, Far Cry2), and the PS3 (ie. Dead Space, Burnout: Paradise, Devil May Cry 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Grand Theft Auto 4).

Skillz:

Player of many games, Master of none. 

Don't look at me if you need a sniper master. 

Good at BF: Bad Company and Unreal Tournament 3  on PS3,

Mediocre at Gears of War 1&2, and Halo 3. 

Average on all other games.

Best trait: Patience.

Attitude:

Laid back, no attitude. Just wanna play and have fun. 

Love to get into the fight, but don't get hung up on winning or losing, just having fun.

Enjoy listening to game chatter, 'cause sometimes it's more interesting than the match, or just plain funny.

Like to joke and drink with friends.

I want to improve my skills, but it's not a priority.

I respect all players and their skillz, even if they're on the other team.

Got no hang ups with women gamers, especially since most of them could kick my ass online.
