I guess the election of President Obama hasn't really done much for race relations after all.

I'm working on researching something for a personal project and thought a few of the folks here would have some opinions/info for me. This would probably be considered religious in nature, so if your already ticked off because the word religious was used earlier in this sentence, you may just want to move along.

Recently my 4th 360 gave out on me. It was an Elite model that I had purchased nearly 1 year ago. Fortunately, I had bought the Best Buy warranty for it and they were very good about swapping it out for a new one. They even threw in the Kung Fu Panda/Lego Indy Jones game that was in the new bundle. So, now I'm very happy with the Best Buy experience, I'm not too thrilled with Microsoft but have learned to expect broken 360s at this point, and I'm really glad to not be down a box.

About 25% of those calls are sales calls, marketing calls, surveys, etc. About 90% of the time I simply hang up on these people before they can even get through their first line of questioning. For some reason today I decided to actually talk to one of them. A supposed representative from AT&T called to offer me a discount on our current service. At this point I know this is crap but I decided to be polite (after all I do represent this company I suppose) and explain why we don't need his service.
