Okay, I'm working on a PGR4 review piggie-backed with a review of the Speed Freek, not sure if anyone is playing PGR4 with this whole Halo epidemic, but I'll probably need to find some folks to play with on the site in the coming days. I've got a busy weekend but I wanted to start gaining initial impressions a.s.a.p.

I'm sitting here doing some work on my company website and the doorbell rings... it's 11:51pm. Of course I'm weary, nobody rings our doorbell at midnight on a Sunday night. Of course the kids are asleep and both the German Shepards are FREAKING out and barking and all that. Luckily (so far) my kids are still sleeping.

It was the police. Yeah. So at least I didn't have to defend my house from robbers or other random people in a small neighborhood outside the city :) Well, he tells me a "neighbor" called them to tell us we leave our dogs out all night long...barking.

I've been stuck in a classroom all week learning the in's and out's to our network storage devices so that I can better assist in the field (given I'm moving into that direction). Unfortunately, I've not learned anything yet and there is only one day left in class. Apparently, I knew more about what we do then I thought...go figure...five years doing software tools and automation here and there and I've picked up on a few things.

After you drop a knife in between your toes it's a real bitch to drive the back roads around my town with a hole in your foot. I got some medication for infection (very likely a cut between the toes will get infected) and the wound couldn't be stitched up because it was open for 8 hours (since I didn't go to the hospital until the a.m) and they didn't want to close in any potential infection.
