2old2play is running a contest to name  the videocast. I have yet to come up with a clever name that doesn't involve the word "Cornholer" (which would necessitate my participation of course *hint*) or sophomoric references to genitalia.

I don't really blog often. I don't have that much to say when I start to write generally. Also, I'm a terrible writer.

So 9 weeks and about $500 dollars later I'm able to run again. It seems the combination of flat feet and poor flexibility gave me a serious case of runner's knee. I managed a ten mile run a while back and two days later was at the doctor's office asking "Say, doc. What the eff?"

Now equipped with motion controlling shoes and custom orthotics I'm back on track. I've done a three miler and will be back to 10 in no time. I'll have to push back my first marathon date, but it's still happening.

That's about it for me for now.
