My new band "Shadowgrove" has been busy as of late, we have been together now roughly 4 months, just got our singer about 3 weeks ago, this week we went into the studio and recorded 5 songs. Vocals still need to be tracked on, but I should have a rough mix of the whole thing in a week or so. And our first show is booked for September 1st, dont know exactly how many people are in the Springfield Missouri area, but here is a flyer, if your here, you should come.

Ozzfest was pretty cool, besides the fact that it was 100 degress and 110 heat index.  My personal highlights were: "Nile"--3/5 stars"'Three inches of blood"-5/5 stars nothing beats cheesy thrash power metal!!!!  "Lamb of God" 5/5 stars, and Ozzy 4/5 stars, it was the 4th time I have seen Ozzy, he is the father of heavy metal, but he's old now, and not what he used to be, but he can still command an ampitheatre of 10,000

Durty and myself were making our last minute preperations for Ozzfest tomarrow, stopped by my parents house, visited for a bit, and on the way home we decided to stop and get some Cashew Chicken (one of the few things Springfield Missouri is known for besides Bass Pro Shops and Brad Pitt!!)  The drive thru line was too long, so we decided to go in, we get in order our food, and go to get a seat, and there are these people, about a dozen of them, who apparantly just got through eating, were all standing in a circle talking, 5 different conversations going

Went in for my 3rd step on my back piece,,,,,courtesy of my girl "Durty" and my tatooist, Donnie, and together got me this for my birthday. Just the outline, it fucking hurt!!! its my 5th one, and the most painfull, gonna wait a few weeks and color it in.
