As all of you know the economy is not getting better and everyone is pinching as many pennies as they can. That being said, I found three gaming deals on Slickdeals that might save you money and tame your gaming fix.

I love Tom Clancy games, especially the Splinter Cell series, but I have yet to try out the H.A.W.X. games. I haven’t played a fighter jet game since Nintendo’s Top Gun, yeah, it’s been that long. I wanted to buy the first H.A.W.X. game a couple of years ago, but never got around to it. The trailer looks pretty good, so I may have to rent this one first, but could be a buyer. Anybody buy the first game and was it any good?

This news is not surprising, however, what’s different about this year is that movie and TV show downloads ruled the market for this fiscal year ending on June 30th. I figured it would be online gaming that would rule the subscription service, due to the release of MW2 and Halo Reach coming soon, but apparently that is not the case. Icon, theme, and avatar downloads also contributed to the insane sales number.
