PS Plus members get Borderlands free!
For all you PS+ members we get borderlands for free. There is a bundle pack for 30.00 but if you look at the other bundle pack and the Claptrap expansion you can get it all for 15.00. It must be an oversight...anyways! I am getting it and would like to invite any other players to start a co-op thing. I am not a member of TCS but I plan on getting in there sometime soon. Hit me up!! I am ready to play!

I have it as well and would be willing to do another run through before 2 comes out. Co-op is the ONLY way to play this game.

Is it drop in/out co-op or do you need to start the game with a group and finish as a group?

A few things, voice starts off sketchy and gets better like after 5-10mins when you first start, you also can't talk during transitions to different levels but that's no biggie.
You will get slowdown with three players depending on how much stuff is on the screen, you'll get with two players as well but it's managable.
I picked it up as well if you need another let me know. I believe it is drop in drop out co-op but you can only have one of each character in the game.
I am waiting to download it as my interenet is getting upgraded today (supposedly, they are running late). Once it is I am going to download it and see how fast I can do a playthrough. Co-op partners will definitly help with that

I have several...i was trying to use my USB mic but of course you need to change the settings BEFORE you go into a game...O why Sony do you make life so difficult....

Still playing, kinda like it. I have all the DLC and I'm a level 26 Soldier
The DLC is for the most part pretty decent. It's also REAL DLC about 6 gigs worth.
Moxxie is a bitch though...no pun intended. The large challenges take a minimum of 3 hours each to get through with 4 people.

I do enjoy what I've played in the game so far. The only gripe I have is I somehow managed to lose my machine gun. I have no idea how I did it. I was grabbing ammo from a crate and then it was gone. I looked all over the immediate area for it and couldn't track it down. If you accidentally grab a weapon do you lose whatever you're carrying for good -- There's no going back?

You dropped it. They stay around for a bit but disappear after a while like 5-10mins or so. you might want to careful of holding down the button for too long as that can swap the weapon in your hand for something you see if you don't have the space.
Single most annoying thing in this game. Cant tell you how many times i've yelled Nooooooooo.... I don't want this pice of crap gun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should I restart or will there be another machine gun in the near future? I just repaird the First Aid machine near the start of the game.
don't restart....there are like a zillion guns and they will be better than whatever early crappy gun you dropped :) this game is all about dropping and upgrading guns.
I found a gun vending machine last night, bought a gun, and still didn't have the damn thing in my hands.
Then I noticed I have a backpack that I can opne with "select" and move guns from the backpack to my active weapons..gif "19")
Hey, they never mentioned the backback while going through the game...at least I didn't hear it. It's their fault!
