You can get enough points to skip those events if you wish, and still progress to the next level, I did. And if you get the track DLC's you can get more points their also, as they add events to your single player. But not needed to do it.
@ Emcee, is their a race this Sunday? As I'm off for the holiday and would like to join in.
I guess there’s no need for us to put in effort to make Stevie cry, that happened when he saw the gymkana events. What emcee said Stevie, from what I recall I only had to do one (maybe 2) of these god forsaken events to progress through the career and of course I set the difficulty as low as it could go else I never would have advanced.
Sooner or later (during Sundays events) you’ll run across some Monte Carlo races which you’ll need to purchase that track pack if you wish to participate but my buddy who recently joined us hasn’t played two minutes of the career and he has most (if not all) cars available (sans DLC cars of course which I don’t have not sure of others but definitely not needed that’s for sure)

What are the tracks for this week boss ill prob get a hour or so sunday afternoon to getto grips with them. If you get a chance send your wheel settup im still not totally happy with mine yet

I use the Elite wheel and generally speaking aren't particularly worried about my settings but I have pretty much everything turned off (or default), but I do turn down my sensitivity level to 320 for easier counter steering.
Really pissed about missing it. The meeting took all of 30 minutes. But to get paid time and a half, you have to be there 2 hours or more. I could have made the race if I didn't need the cash now.

Then I probably shouldn't tell you that after 3 rounds less than 2 seconds separated Parcells, Emcee and Gizzie and in the end I just nicked out Emcee for second place by less than a second. You missed a good one bud, but of course you don't want to hear that (oops there I go again )
Emcee is on the verge of capturing yet another series championship.
As long as Gizzie shows up next week he's almost ensured of taking over second spot from Parcells as he will be away, relinquishing Parcells to the final podium position.
sorry lads, my new job has me working 10+ hours a day and after commute am doing 12 hour days, which has left me no time to even think about organizing this. If someone else wants to take the reigns I'd hope to come and join you on Sundays. but as it stands I dont have the time or energy to organize again.

Parcells doesn't have the organization skills to set up such an elaborate event but I am willing to run the odd rallycross event like I have in the past. So who'd be up for RallyCross event say on October 21, normal time after EUSL finishes?
Get me 5 comptetitors and I'll set something up...anyone have preferences let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Also.. for gymkhana cos I aint a fan of it.. i set it to the easiest level and put on all the assists .. you kinda pl;ow through them then.

i use the same set up as forza with the exception of a drift setting at 2 or 3
