Division Leader Needed (Updated, found some!)

I was over in the Report/Request aread reading up on the request to get this moved to a division and saw Doodi said you guys needed a Division leader and someone asked what is that...Well here are the answers.

A Division leader is kind of somewhere between a MOD and content driver. You (could be multiple people) will be responsible for adhearing to the sites TOS within the division you are a leader for, settling/squashing any asshated flame wars. Basically making sure people still feel welcome about coming to the division and not feeling like they will get pooped on for asking the most basic questions. Razzing is good and encouraged, but I think we all know when it turns from tomfoulery to Nerd rage.

You will also try to put together site events/Division events. Such as regular play nights, site play night, divison specific things like maybe a night people can get together to swap gear, help finish quests, etc.

If things get to crazy as far as a MOD issue you will pm/site chat/contact other mods/admins for a confab on what to do. For the most part other mods and admins will stay out of your way, but if someone is just going over the top confirming what to do with a consensus is always recommended.

Also realize that once you have to MOD and issue the majority of people (well the people you do not side with) will think you are power hungry and an elitetest douchebag that hangs out in the MOD/Admin clique and you let your buddies get away with everything.
