Haven't been more excited for a console lauch
This is just awesome!! Sony hit a grand slam, and have won over the masses.......for now. Let's hope they can keep games coming, and get some kick ass exclusives. I have to trade in my 360 for some credit, and put some money away to save, but I'm so ordering a ps4.
Welcome aboard bud. I really wouldn't worry about exclusive stuff. Sony has like 13 studios or so and some of those have multiple teams. I would imagine there will be more stuff to play than time available.
Keep an eye out for 'Playstation Plus' cards (if they go on sale). You're gonna need that for mp. It's a pretty damn good service as well.
Yup unlike Live, Plus actually gives you value and it's cheaper.

Welcome! And like they said...PS+ is great. Worth $50 a year, and usually you can get three months free as Sony seems to have those sales a lot.

I havent' owned a Playstation since PS2, but I will be abbandoning MS and purchasing a PS4 when I get the money to do so. I have a feeling that the amount of Playstation Gamers on this site is going to increase dramatically! Looking forward to getting to know and game with you guys/gals!

Yeah, I'll be abandoning M$ as well, but I really fucking hate the PS3's controller, and don't think the PS4's will be much better. If Sony is smart, they'll get into gear and develope a controller for all the Xbox gamers that will be switching consoles next gen. ...If they don't then I'll never be fully satisfied with my PS4 gaming experience.
