That's right Whitewolf smiley Pretty sure everyone had at least one significant incident yesterday as is the case most weeks.

Hard to do but if you just get in 5 clean races its a pretty safe bet you'll be on the podium, if not the top step.

Parcells likes the shake-down approach Emcee and I see you scheduled around the STCC by not running those weeks...Great idea as I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be racing Dirt those weeks.

Also, when Emcee and Whitewolf took me out yesterday it was Parcells stupidity that sent me into the woods. Granted my pet peeve with Dirt is the lack of a race mirror so I really don't know when someone is behind me but I knew Emcee (think it was emcee first, whitewolf second?) was right there because of the sound of his car. At this point I was just trying to run clean to keep my podium finish so I should have let you both by instead of holding you up AND causing grief for myself. Stupid Parcells!

I "might" be able to make next week.  My schedule is shifting even earlier in the morning (now 1am), so most days I should be rolling out of work a little after 12, putting me home about quarter to 1pm.  We shall see.  Don't wait up for me if I don't make it.

Fitzy...it's on!  cheeky

No it was just complete and utter frustration, or the fact that Parcells was going to beat me in two different races in a row.

Which is a sad truth about our abilities since we start each race 8 seconds apart from each other frown

I keep being tempted...but the last time I put Dirt in The Box was when I first got my wheel...The thing nearly rattled me to death, while my car careered around the track like it was on roller skates, keep it on the track? I could hardly keep it on the screen.

I think I've got my FF set at like 10.  I had to turn it way down for me.  I haven't adjusted any in-game settings either though.

Parcells experience with a Fanatec wheel while racing on dirt is when you really get to appreciate the quality fof these great wheels. In both Dirt 3 and GT5 I have to really man handle the wheel (read constantly counter steering) to optimize lap times (much more so in GT5). Not so much "smooth" steering that you strive for on tarmac and your arms get a real work out to the point of sweating especially if Fantomas hasn't passed you...yet.
