If your interested in the actual game play around such a run... here is a link to the worlds first sparrow run. They show both game play for the sparrow guy and another member of their group. The end is rather intense due to a couple of errors...
3 bosses down. At the last step in the Outbreak Prime quest. Any Hunters and Warlocks hanging around that can help do the math puzzle with me? I have the following calculator link:

If I catch you guys on at 7pm, I'll bring on my warlock. Hopefully I can do what's required.
To do the part Achy needs, you'll need to be at the last stage of the Outbreak Prime quest with the correct version of the Siva Engine. I've only done it on my Titan, so I'm of no help here.
These parts of the quest that require fireteams of a certain make-up are kind of a drag. You finally get stuff done and then have to wait around and find others that can help. Once completed, you'll be able to pick up replica siva engines, but only for the character for which it's been completed.
Overall, an amazing quest that really engaged the community to figure this stuff out, but can be frustrating getting stuck on the part that require a fireteam of each character.
Good news for those on the hunt for Skeleton Keys. The TWAB update mentions that we finally have a way to get a guaranteed Skeleton Key every week - the Nightfall.
The bad news, it's only one per account on the first completion after weekly reset, but at least it's something. This change will go live with next week's patch/update.
Should increase motivation for Nightfall. One per account per week is a lot better than 15 strikes without one!! Besides, Nightfall has been dropping some good +LL stuff.
Learned how to use the supercharge mechanic at Aksis and completed Challenge mode this week. It is surprisingly easy to do once, and excruciatingly frustrating to try to do enough times in a row to complete the challenge. But it is possible even for the old and slow among us. Didn't capture the chat audio but you can see how it works:

Our group of old dogs learned how to do the challenge on Aksis this week too. As Kal posted, it's actually a fun way to complete the encounter. I also think it's the most efficient way to complete the encounter allowing for the usage of multiple supers.
The challenge method is a little extra work, but I like it. Its a lot of fun to have a super every stun round. It does take a bit of reprogramming muscle memory though. Any new people I take in, I'll be training them on the Aksis challenge method instead of the way we were doing it.
Yahoo, got all of Efrideet's bounties done AND completed Iron Banner Rift to Level 5!!!!!! Got my light levels up to 395, too. It was an excellent week for me.

In case anyone has a vault space issue due to an excessive amount of spinmetal.... Future War Cult cannot get enough of the stuff. She's taking donations again this week.
Nah, she maxes out at 390 like everyone else. I usually just get guns from her hoping to get something I like better than what I have now.
@Hammerdrake. Noticed in the patch notes today that the year 3 faction class item problem is supposed to be fixed. Thought about you when I saw it.
That is great news! I hope the next IB is Supremacy. I can know out my faction quest, get the Supremacy win book entry complete, and get both my alts to stand-alone 400. I think it's going to be that and/or old raid revamps that are going to draw me back.

Thanks.
Achy I'll be on tonight if you need a Hunter. I should be on around 7-7:30 PM EST.

Ah, ok. Don't have the quest on any character yet, so I guess I'm no help. Yet.
Thanks!! 7:30 sounds good to me. All 3 need the unstable Siva Engine. Already have my codes in.
Thanks to SoulTerror and Hammerdrake -- I now have an Outbreak Prime!
Congratulations, Achy! Enjoy!
Glad to help Achy.

Spectacular IB win.

Take a look at who we beat the ass off.
You should have heard us whoop it up on the win.
Nice!
I'm guessing the other team was sure you only won because one of you was glitching.
Now that is very cool.
Yeah, but did you get any good drops?
Keep rubbing this in and Chaos will take you off his Christmas card list! :-)

Hammer, you'll likely have to do the supremacy wins outside of IB. If my memory is correct IB Supremacy didn't count toward the book last time.
