Did your guys login bonus get reset because of the New Year? I'm at 150% now after being at 200% yesterday. I quit game and saved through XMB so it shouldn't of done that but maybe it has something to do with the new year.
Logged in at 200%. Brnt...Did you make sure you at least changed your car. That has been the ticket for me...Signing on...Changing Car..Head to the Lobby...Save...So Far So Good. Those steps I take are when I am not racing but just checking in to keep the percentages up!
Change my car? Why? I think I've logged on before just to log in for bonus and not changed a car then quit game and never had a problem. No biggie just strange.

Brnt...Humor me and just try it!...Things have Changed!..If you are racing and changing cars don't worry about it BUTTTTT if you are just checking in change your car and save.
