For those interested in the virtual console on the Nintendo Wii, a list was recently leaked and contains the titles...
This list was reported by play-nintendo.com where they state that the information is from a trustworthy source (but give no names). The set is not "final" and things could come and go but it is a good list to get your retro gamer in gear.
I did notice that the "classic" game "Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!" has its secondary name "Punch-Out!!!" - not exactly the classic. Mike Tyson was replaced by "Mr. Dream" in 1990 (three years after its original release). Probably due to Mike Tyson's legal trouble, end of his contract at Nintendo or because he lost the title to Buster Douglas.

About Virtual Console
Virtual Console is the name of a new video game download service offered by Nintendo, accessible to users of the company's upcoming console, the Wii. Described by Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata as “the video game version of Apple’s iTunes music store”, the service will feature classic titles from past Nintendo consoles (from the NES to the N64) as well as from formerly competing systems, such as the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and PC Engine/TurboGrafx-16. Virtual Console may also offer new and original content from independent developers.
Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has indicated that new small-scale titles could be developed and sold through the Virtual Console at a price of between ¥500 and ¥1000 (approximately US$4-$9, GB£2-£5), and that free downloads may be offered as a bonus with the purchase of specific Wii titles, similar to Nintendo Europe's VIP 24:7 incentives.
