So just days after the PS3 price drop, the effects have become known. After announcement of the price drop sales over at Amazon shot up by 2500%. The PS3 is now the biggest seller over at Amazon now outselling the Nintendo Wii and DS.
So after one day of the $499 PS3 being on the market, it all seems to be going well for Sony. The PS3 is still the most expensive console out there, but will the system be able to get more consistent with sales?
