PS3: $41 Bucks An Hour

We just drove by a local Best Buy - the line has started. So, if you eBay it for USD $2,000 and your waiting for 48 hours... then you're probably going to be pulling in $41.66 an hour. Of course this doesnt include your initial investment in the system and the cost of actually camping, but it's not bad mint if you can get a few grand for your order. Ok, well that might be a dream number by many of us witnessed Xbox 360's selling for over USD $2,000 last year - how will this year be?

We went out of our way to pass by a Best Buy to checkout the situation. A few folks on the Net have posted photo's containing dedicated PS3 fans waiting in line. New England is no different, apparently, as the line has begun. Two dedicated folks sit out in line on a nice New England day (61F and Sunny) for the next two days hoping to get a PS3.

Although we didn't get a chance to talk with them, they looked a bit older, probably in mid-40's waiting for the consoles. A few cars drove up to talk with them while we passed. Not planning on capturing the moment, a little BlackBerry Pearl took a shot of the "action."

Maybe we need to swing by with an SLR to get detailed photos... or maybe we should print out the weather predictions for tonight at 3am and laugh at them?
