This is odd considering the N64 is one of the founders of the "rumble" effect in game consoles. Originally, this was a known problem when using the Wii Retro Controller because it doesn't contain a rumble engine. However, using the original GameCube controller - which has an engine - still provides zero rumble.
It goes to show, if you want the unique experience of an N64, a "virtual" version of it will not be the same as powering on the old past-generation console.
