It seems odd that Nyko would be ahead of the game on Nintendo accessories when Nintendo themselves haven't talked about a charger at all, but alas, Nyko presents a charger!
We've gone through four AA batteries in three weeks with two controllers and it will just get worse as more hot titles hit the market.
The Wii controller has sound, rumble and all kinds of neat technology packed into the little stick, not to mention the add-on devices like Nunchuck and classic controller. If anything will consume batteries it will be the Wiimote. Yet no recharging solution has been presented until now? Odd.
Nyko won't let us down though - they're here to solve the problems of the casual gamer: recharging our batteries! Perhaps Nintendo has some hidden deal with battery manufacturers to increase sales but we won't stand for it any longer!
If the device didn't say Nyko on it we'd assume Nintendo made it, the look and feel is very Wiiish (if that can be coined as a term). We like, we want, unfortunately no price tag or release date has been announced yet. Maybe they'll drop the news at CES...
