Xbox 360 Get's Kid Friendly With Disney Movies?

Okay, maybe not totally kid friendly, but Disney Studios teams up with Microsoft to put a few movies out on Xbox LIVE for rental... The trick is, they're not all kids movies. As many know, Disney owns more than just kids movies when it comes to the film industry. At E3 they mentioned the release of a few films on Xbox LIVE for rental because it would be a "terrific device for the delivery of digital entertainment content."

The list they talked about at E3 includes:
  • Tarzan
  • Winnie the Pooh
  • Hercules
  • Hunchback of Notre Dame
  • Atlantis
  • Sky High
  • Water Boy
  • Coyote Ugly
  • Deja Vu
  • The Queen
  • Emperors new groove
  • Venus
  • Armageddon
These films will be in both standard definition (ew) and high definition (yay!) available to "all Xbox 360 owners" (in every country? hmm). The price? New release movies will run you 480 Microsoft Points to rent the HD version and 320 Microsoft Points for standard definition. The classic films will be 360 Microsoft Points and 240 Microsoft Points respectively.

Would you rent 'em? source(s):
