Remember the rumors that Beautiful Katamari would be an Xbox 360 exclusive? Well, it’s official: Beautiful Katamari is an Xbox 360 only title. No PS3, probably no Wii.
Once thought to be a next generation multiplatform title, the PS3 version of Beautiful Katamari Damacy has apparently been canceled. The PS3 version of the game is missing from the latest release list in Japan’s Weekly Famitsu magazine, with a footnote below the PS3 dates section stating that development has been halted on the Sony version. Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 version is still listed for a Fall 2007 release.
