Activision and Red Octane have begun feeding the non-stop barrage of information that is E3, unveiling the new Gibson guitar peripherals that will be packed in with the retail release of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.
When you think of the Gibson Les Paul, you immediately think of the iconic sunburst finish strapped around legends such as Jimmy Page, Slash, or Eric Clapton -- not something with a Wii-mote jammed inside of it that looks like it was pulled straight out of a Toys R Us aisle.
It's rather disappointing, considering the realistic approach taken by Rock Band's Fender Stratocaster
Pictured to the right, the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will look pretty much the same -- just, of course, without the Wii-Mote.
The other model featured will be for the PlayStation 2 owners out there, receiving the Kramer design, which plays off of just about every other guitar manufacturer's love for the Fender Stratocaster. Hit the jump to check out the rest of the designs.
