Looks like all the posting in the Xbox forums and our past articles on Digg have paid off.
According to Major Nelson's website:
"I spoke to the accessories team regarding the feedback from some members who have experienced issues while using the Xbox 360 Wireless Headset, including difficulty syncing the headset to the console, reception interference and audio sensitivity. The team wanted to let you know they are committed to providing the highest quality accessories for Xbox 360 and they would like to assist in troubleshooting and resolving those issues, whether by replacing or repairing the units under warranty. If you are experiencing any of these issues with the Wireless Headset please call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (or your local support line.)"
If you remember, our past article gained enough traction to land itself on digg as well as a couple other major new sources, so needless to say we have been following this story for some time know. We can only hope this does the trick. I love my wireless headset (when it does not disconnect), and it is good it's is great to see Microsoft is at least willing to address the problem.
So go home, and give it a shot. What do you have to lose?
