Perhaps we're not the only ones that believe the Call of Duty series manages to make you "feel" as if you're in battle and not simply playing a video game. The next in the series, developed by Activision Treyarch, brings us to the Pacific Theatre where we'll blow fire upon the enemies and rummage through earth soaked lands to stop our enemies.
The trailer gives us a feel for what they're aiming for in the next series release. A few of us thought they'd stick with the modern battle feel for longer than this, but let's face it, modern combat today is battling in a desert. It get's old fast.
Call of Duty 4 was nothing but amazing with solid multiplayer out of the gate, this trailer gives you a sense of the battle environments and intensity but doesn't give us a clear picture on their multi-player functionality. However, we're assuming it will be nothing less than their last hit title.
