We just wanted to take this time to publicly thank the people at Microsoft, Sony, Sega, Gearbox, Popcap, and Tritton for donating all they did in support of the 2old2play LAN and the Child's Play Charity.
Each year we ask for support from industry leaders within the gaming world and while our LAN may not be the biggest out there, we still manage to aid our favorite charity with the help from these giving companies. This year was no different and their generosity, as well as our members, help to bring in over $1,000 dollars at the raffle.
This type of support is why we all love the gaming world so much. We have seen countless acts of kindness in our time here on 2old2play and year after year it never ceases to amaze me. So on behalf of all the staff and members here at 2old2play, we would just like to take the time to say thank you. Thanks for the great gear, memorabilia, and most of all the support for our community. Without companies like yours, the 2old2play LAN could never have been a success.
