The call was answered! Learn who picked up their swords and came running once the 2o2p Call to Arms resounded through the land. Last month, I posted a Call to Arms for 2o2p Content Writers. Not only did some long time members apply for this lucrative, high-profile job, but this also brought in a few new members to the site.
Apologies if you thought this was going to be a v3 announcement. However, I am very pleased to introduce you to our new 2o2p Content Writers! Please give them all a warm welcome, or perhaps send them your condolences. Our team has a lot of great things in the works and I can’t wait for you to see their creativity and enthusiasm for gaming.
Anotherdae
Jay “Anotherdae” Bowen lives in New York City and is a full time Art Director. Gaming is a passion mostly enjoyed at night for hours on end after spending time with his new wife, Megan, and three-year-old chocolate brown cocker spaniel, Sylar. He started writing game reviews in 2010 to keep a record his gaming experience. Jay’s preferred console is the PS3 but his love for gaming started with his first Atari. Justin “J Love” Coughlan is a RPG junkie who lives in the Washington D.C. area. When not trying to max out his characters, Justin likes to hone his skills in the kitchen. He is an avid Soccer fan though he is completely horrible at any FIFA game. He prefers co-op to head-to-head and (mostly) always makes the good choice. Game On!

Erin is a born and bred Masshole gamer who started at a young age watching her dad play Atari. She currently owns all three major platforms as well as has a home arcade cabinet and 2 pinball machines (Erin has games instead of children). Erin is actually pretty terrible at a lot of video games and continues her trend of watching her husband play games and “managing” him from the comfort of the couch sans controller. Her favorite type of games are point and click adventures, platform, and rhythm which fits nicely with her love of prog rock and live music.

Steven “frizzlefry2” Boulé is an avid indoors-man. He currently resides in New Hampshire where he is an active member of Task Force 141. He frequently swims in the River Styx and tirelessly works to rid the universe of the evil Dr. Nefarious. Steven’s favorite game genres include platformers, action/adventure, RPG’s and first person shooters.
Pulsaris
Jason "Pulsaris" Thomsen joined 2old2play in 2006. He is 33 years old and lives with his wife in Radford, Virginia. Jason is a 2003 graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelors of Science degree. His first gaming console was the Intellivision and has been gaming since. Gaming favorites include first-person shooters, role playing games, and sports games. He loves playing for both competition and for fun, as well as for the social interaction with his friends. Other activities include playing trumpet and skiing.
RogueRedneck
Joey “RogueRedneck” Parker is a born and bred Southern boy hailing from Tennessee. When he’s not spending time with his family, serving in his church, or being drug away to other real world concerns, he can be found either on his 360 or wielding his Overlord powers in a futile attempt to regulate the dysfunctional members of 2old2pwn. Joey likes to play a variety of genres but possesses a completely rational hatred for all racing and fighting games. Although he’s not addicted to achievements (Really, he can quit whenever he wants), he is ever on the hunt for that next elusive bleep bloop.
Walladog
Eric “Walladog” Buwala lives, breathes, and embraces the lifestyle of the grumpy gamer. Crotchety beyond his years and cynical beyond his waist size, he spends most days starting sentences with “I liked it better the way it used to be” and “remember when...” Amazingly, he lives in Ohio with his wife, who inexplicably has endured his presence for over twenty years, seventeen of them as his spouse. His two children, ages 7 and 14, refer to him as the “Very Grumpy Bear” and the “Angry Wookie” respectively. He holds a private pilots license, advanced scuba certification, and an enlarged liver. He retreats to his cold, dark, damp man cave frequently enough to maintain a ten-thousand point addition to his XboxLive gamerscore each year, but still cannot find a game he won’t complain about.
