It was just about one year ago that we last scoured the Interwebs for new writers for the 2old2play homepage. Wow, time flies! As with any "volunteer" position, people come and people go based upon their availability and free time.
With E3 quickly approaching and all the next-gen console news streaming in, we could really use a few more people to join our writing staff. If you love to write, then get your words chopped up and spit on by your fellow gaming peeps, then we have a job for you! Oh, did I mention that we also pay well? No? Well that's because we don't. BUT you do get access to lots of gaming news, game previews and even some review copies of games from time to time.
If any of this sounds good to you...first, go seek professional help. After that, come back and read on to see how you can share your words on the 2old2play homepage.
Basic Requirements
- Passion for video games and a plethora of knowledge about them.
- A basic understanding of the English language and how to write using it.
- Ability to produce relevant content quickly and meet deadlines.

In the email, please include the following:
- a sample (or link to a sample) of your writing
- the game platform(s) you’re most familiar with (Xbox, PS3, PC, mobile, handheld, Wii)
- the types of games you’re most familiar with (Shooters, RPG, Adventure, etc)
- how often you’d be willing to write content (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
