Well the day is finally here. The tournament software is up and ready to be used by all registered gamers over 25! With its release we decided that it would only be appropriate to start off with everyone's favorite game, Halo 2. All you need to do to join is get a group of at least 4 or a maximum of 8 and create your team using the Tournaments navigation on the left side of the site. Once your team is complete, you can start challenging others today!
This first ladder will consist of both team skirmish and team slayer games. Our idea is to force everyone to play all different types of games so even the killers need to practice a little CTF. The format of each match will be simple. Any team can challenge another at anytime during the ladder season. Each match will consist of 3 total games. 2 of those games must be Skirmish based while the last will be Team Slayer. The challenger will choose both the maps and the colors they want to be (only red or blue). The lower-ranked team will then choose the game and game variant. If both teams are unranked, then the team with the lower ID number will select the game type and game variant. This means that a lower rank team who makes the challenge is given the opportunity to choose almost every option. When setting up the time, both teams must set their time in your Tournament Profile's. Make sure this is the first thing you do are you will not know when your matches are!.
Once the match is complete, the losing team will have the opportunity to reports its loss for up to 48 hours. If that team does not report the loss, they will be penalized 1 point from their total max points. Once the match points are awarded, you can contiune onto the next team. In total you are allow to have 5 challenge requests out at one time.
Basic rules for this ladder are simple.

Each person in the ladder is eligable for a huge prize. We are not going to say what that prize is, but I can assure you that you will be blow out of the water. Unlike most ladders or tournaments, the winner is not nessisarly the one that is going to recieve this prize. Instead we are going to use your points as raffle tickets. This means, the more times you win, the better chance you have at winning the final raffle. We figure that this is the best way for people to all have the opertunity to walk away with a prize.

- You can have 4 v 4, 6 v 6, or 8 v 8. The amount will depend on how many people can agree to make the match BEFORE the time of the match. If you team agrees on 8 and shows up with 6 then you will have to play 8 v 6.
- Any team found cheating will be banned from the site forever and will probably burn in hell
- Anyone found under the age of 25 will be banned from the site forever and the team will lose 25 points. Make sure you know who is on your team!
