Well, we now know what the free game that was promised by Micrsoft for the Xbox Live problems around the holidays: it’s Undertow, an 800 Microsoft Point ($10) game - not bad since a month of Live is $4, and the outage was the equivalent of 80 cents.
Furthermore, Undertow is a great game, basically a 2D equivalent of a Territories multiplayer game on a shooter.
Although the real question here is not whether the game is good or bad, but does a free game from Microsost compensate the total lack of quality service or the last month or two? Do you guys feel repaid? Discuss.
