It is Sunday... I rarely have Sunday's off - but today I am watching the 49er vs. Raider game, and spending some time with "my" boys... Matt and Joseph. I call them my boys, but in reality they are my foster children. My fiance and I have been foster parents for almost a year, and we have 2 - 2 yr olds right now. One, Matt (in the back of the picture), has been with us since March. Joseph has been with us for 3 weeks. We have had a 7 yr old, Matt's brother, however, we could not handle him. To put a long story short, he was a boy who would do bad things when you weren't looking - and continue to do bad things even if you were.
Foster parenting is cool. Can you imagine I am an online student, work full-time, and I have these guys running around!?!?! It's not so bad. Actually - on a day like today, it's actually rather cool.
