Shared on Wed, 08/23/2006 - 19:57Ok it seems like everywhere I went today for deliveries the rain followed me.I went to two different hardware stores to pick up stuff for one of the press operators.Just as soon as I walked into the first one it starts raining, and it comes down hard for about 20 mins.As I'm leaveing the store it lets up a minute and so I can go to the next.As I am walking intot the next one it starts to piss and pour again.I started to get a little paranoid about this.Because when I left the plant it wasn't raining at all.I was in and out of the store within about fifthteen minutes and made a mad dash to the truck.As I enter the truck it stops raining, I went back to the plant with the stuff I was after and as soon as I step out of the truck it starts raining again.That wasn't the worst of it and came about lunch time.
When we went outside to wait on the gut truck, the sun was shineing bright and it was getting pretty damn hot outside.I was one of the last ones out the door and it starts to sprinkle.Everyone looks at me like I had done something wrong, I step back in the door it stops.I come back out and it starts sprinkleing again.I just shrugged my shoulders and told them that it was a coincidence and went on waiting for the truck.I no more than said that and here comes the rain again pissing and pouring on us.Everyone makes a mad dash to our storage container that we used to use to store recycle boxes in.They shove me back out into the rain because I supposeably brought it with me.When the truck shows up it stops raining and I get my stuff and go back inside.
After awhile I get my paperwork for my deliveries and I load the delivery truck up and take off for my first drop off.The sun is shineing once again makeing everything humid and unbearable for me.I get to my destenation and get out of the truck expecting it start raining on me again.But much to my surprise nothing I thought great I can get on with the rest of my day without getting wet any further.Just I enter the building of my first drop everyone takes off running out the door, I started to follow suit.Because I didn't want to be apart of whatever everyone was running from.As I turn around I see why they are running out the door, for their cars I saw it again........rain!
