Bull Crap

Thta happened to me once before too. Now I select everything and do an Edit, Copy before i hit the submit button. hasn't ever been a problem though except that one time.

Cripes man, with the work you put into your blogs that's pretty rough. Mine was just about 4 paragraphs of text. Now I don't feel quite so pissed!

Control C and Control V, can sure save your sanity!

Yeah, I know it won't help now, but I always write all of my blogs in some sort of text editor or word processing program so I can save as I go. Then I cut and paste it into the blog box and submit it. I too had to learn the hard way, so don't feel bad. I think anyone who has used the blog feature more than a handful of times has encountered a similar situation.

Yes..been there, done that. I feel your pain. Have some ovaltine and pretzel sticks. (with peanut butter for dipping) It makes it all feel better.

I usually work on blogs outside of the blog, like in Word, to spell check and stuff.

another thing you can try is hitting the back button when you get that \"page not available\" screen. sometimes it will go back to what you posted (not all the time, but more often than nought - at least for me). then you can copy and save what you wrote. just in case hitting submit doesn't work the second time.

yeah I do it all in Word before hand myself for spelling

Yeah, I have had success in hitting the \"Back\" button on my browser and found my missing post/blog. Although, I have lost quite a few posts into the black hole of cyberspace as well. it's most painful when you've spent a decent amount of energy posting it.
