Shared on Sat, 09/23/2006 - 07:38So, I get on the phone with Samsung, answer the typical questions, tell them my problem with the television and they say they will have someone out here ASAP. They will be dispatching someone from a repair company just 20 miles away so that is a plus. So far I have been impressed with the service from both Best Buy and Samsung.
