Good Times

Well I do not know if I just suck or what...But every time Im playing Halo, I will shoot some one and hit them in the head but they will not die...then they turn around shoot me just a few times then I am dead lol...granted I probally do my fair share of running into gernades but I am just wondering why that happens..Do I just suck or is there a reason that I am not getting...
