Laptop Came Today

I was happy that my laptop arrived this evening until I saw that it had 384 MB DDR RAM instead of 512 MB and had a 1.58 GHz processor instead of a 1.8 GHz processor, like my order clearly shows.  I'm really not fucking happy.  I'm going to fucking tear someone a new one!!!!!!

wow I think HP really wants to see what happens when you get really pissed off. Save yourself the hassle and go with a mac next time ;)

Shuttup Stridog! Macs are poo! Give them a good reaming and they may upgrade it for free better than what you originally ordered. hehe

I got a HP recently from compusa. I got the dv8380us. It's pretty bad ass but I had a ton of problems with it and HP said to bring it to compusa and I said F that it's three weeks old I want a new one which compusa said they would do for me. Well I go to return it and they say I don't have the UPC and I say oh I have a copy and then they tell me it has to be the original. I said how in the hell am I supposed to have it when the 150 mail in rebate required the original. I bitched for 1/2 an hour and talked to important guys in suits and the fixed it and I haven't had a problem yet....been about a month now. I will not buy a HP again after this.
