Shared on Wed, 10/18/2006 - 17:00I've been away for awhile due to the fact I have to lose weight and the diet is killing me.So far I have lost about 6 pounds and it feels good, I was weighing in at 254 pounds at one time.I have been restricting myself to not eating after 7 pm, drinking alot of water, and mild exercise.I'm hopeing at this rate I will shed the weight I put on from my depression binge eating.I never realized I was eating food for comfort till my wife said something.I started writing down what I was eating and wasn't all that healthy.I was eating about 2 to 3 peanut butter sandwiches, ice cream, snack cakes, and hamburgers on a almost daily basis.So I pretty much came to the conclussion I had to change my diet before I wind up haveing a heart attack or a stroke.Its been a week since I started it and hope the weight contiues to come off.
Also I would like to say thanks to all that gave me words of encouragement and took the time to read my blog about my depression.I still haven't figured out what brought it on for the second time in my life.Once I do I will make a post about it.
