Late Night is NOT good

I should paint the picture of where I am at to start this blog… I have had a fantatsic YOUTUBE night with me and my girl.  She likes the old stuff, so I tell her about youtube and we start searching for stuff…. A few martinis and were high on life and music… it takes away from the shit that’s really happening… we are probably going to be moving soon…. It’s hard cuz we have 2 foster children…. Don’t even know if we can handle moving and keeping them… I try, dammit, I try… it’s my responsibility for these 2 boys right now….Joseph’s dad doesn’t even visit him anymore… Matt’s dad just got out of jail for the umpteenth time and wants him back… why ?  I think… why? If you cared like I care you wouldn’t beat your wife and do drugs…

Anyway…

Youtube is cool in so many ways… if you can’t find anything on youtube then your doing something wrong…my girl likes some real classic shit, like connie francis and things like that… classic-wise I can do Johnny cash and the Association… I found a cool Association song which proves that there was a Filipino member (my girl is Filipina).  The way we found this is I searched for the Smothers Brothers because I think they’re funny, however I am not old enough to remember the original show…

Then we get on some trip that makes me want to see Johnny Cash… I haven’t even seen the movie, I just like THE Johnny Cash… how about the song he re-did for NIN?

So my girl had to get up early, so she went to bed early, but I’m fucking wired from alcohol… it feels good and bad… I ‘m glad I don’t work tomorrow, but I have online classes, so at sone time I will need to think… I should be fine…

In 1990, when I was in basic training, my mom sent me a newspaper clipping about Stevie Ray Vaughn’s death.  She knew I loved that  guy, the musician, and it still bugs me today about what could’ve been… This guy rocks… please, you gotta watch the whole thing… if you can’t feel the blues, trust me, this will help your understanding…
