Ok thought it was time to do a little update now as it has been about 10 weeks or so.

I havent really been keeping up with how many weeks etc lately but my partner has :)

I am not feeling any healthier with yet another chest infection breqing :( but surely in time it will lol.

So far no big obstacles with it still not really felt like one but have been winding my partner up saying that my new years resolution is to start again :)

I'm no expert but my feeling is that your body has made a big change. Some of the"build up" in your lungs is seen by your immune system as needing to be purged out. Being as young as you are may not let you see as many benefits as an older persons body, especially one that smoked longer than you. Do you ever see yourself starting again? Stay healthy for wee one and the mrs. we all know you actions are for the best. I can write "dose of reality" on the palm of my hand and slap ya with it if that helps! :) Hope your Holidays were grand, my best for the New Year, River.

Thanks Oldman :) I was smoking for about 22 years lol and cause of teh asthma i was really hoping for some drastic improvement in health but alas not for me :( Hols were great wee man had a lovely time I hope you had a good one :)
