So i havent blogged in quite some time (not that i did all that often anyway lol) so I thought it was time. Ive been watching a bunch of the game play vids biorod has posted and realized you can learn from them. With that in mind here are a few of mine...these are some of my good games...keep in mind there are more bad games than good ones, Im hoping for some constructive critizsm. Things im doing right and things im doing wrong....trust me i realize that everyone has there own unique playing style and Im the in your face kinda guy who dies alot....but as you'll see my teamates cover my ass well (guess there sick of losing due to my stupidity lol) but Im trying to adapt to become a better over all player. So this entry will be for a few good games the next one will be games that i played poorly (hope I have enough serever space) enjoy

i'm by no means an expert here, and i'm sure many others will post better advice, but here are some things i notice that might help you out. MIDSHIP in fist 45 secs you made a couple of mistakes imo. 1- you stalled movement at the very beginning. when you spawned you should have immediately noticed none of your team was on your screen and you could see the entire map to your left...this means your team was on your right, so looking there is a precious waste of time. instead you should have immediately tossed a grenade to your left and advanced..you went high which is good, but there is a quicker way to get up to car 2, you could have gotten 2 assists or kills right off the bat if you charged ahead at the onset of game. 2- you died because you failed to recognize where you were taking fire from. your guys were below you and to your right in the base. if someone was firing from there, hiding wouldn't have helped, either your guys would have killed whoever was shooting you, or you would have died anyway and they still would have gotten the kill. because of this you should have recognized killa was behind you in the position you just vacated. in the next 45 secs you really didn't do anything wrong except not charge when you saw only shawtomitall on car 2. seeing him there, and recognizing the two who were there were no longer on your screen means one, or both of them were dead, or they had gone low and were no longer a threat to your adavncing. add the fact you had help in the base shooting car 2, you charging would have flanked whoever was there ensuring at least a 1 for 1 trade, most likly a 2 for 1, plus you would have evaded your death a little bit longer and maybe been in a better position to support your team. at the 1:30 mark you lost a 1on1 br battle with turmoil. your evasive action is a bit weak. could have used the lift to your right as cover, or jumped to get a better angle, make him miss headshot and maybe kill him. at 1:45 mark all of your team was at pink 2 and had rebirth trapped. instead of shooting you should have immediatly realized you had two nades and naded his position...i say this because the noise to your right means your teammate was also shooting him, but because he had cover from both of you, a nade would have forced him to move. your teammate kept his position fixed, your nade would have moved him, and you would have had ammo ready to go to shoot him. you still killed him, but it could have happened faster. you go off after this for a good bit until the 3:41 mark. only mistake you made during this run was you got excited and shot one of your own guys once. lol. at 4:05 mark you charged pink 2, had it, and still tried to charge down to other side through a gauntlet of nades. didn't really do anything wrong, but i would have split to go to midship if i saw a teammate ahead of me rush down to attack. at 5:10 mark you tossed a grenade at your teammates position...i know you were trying to help him out, but all you accomplished was helping him die faster. i generally don't toss grenades at enemies when my teammate is engaged with them already in front of me unless i can toss it behind the enemy to force him forward, or unless i already know he had the drop on my teammate and my guy was going to lose anyway. at 5:16 mark, a nade was tossed at your teammate from the right of car 1 area in front of you...you didn't see it and go help, but it was on the screen...instead you hesitated and looked for an enemy. if you saw this you could have advanced and helped your guy. you did great on midship, these are just a few criticisms...most are things i would have noticed when i played, but i don't know if i would have had as much success as you in this particular game because we tend to play differently...you like to stick to an area and defend it agressively, i tend to roam and try to flank and if i find myself get the least bit resistance in an area, i retreat to find a better way of attacking it. LOCKOUT first spawn favored your team, you had quicker access to snipe. you shot a lot and did a god job putting fire down range, but you really need to work on your accuracy, you totally missed your first 5 shots, and only managed to wing the guy running to middle low once. you lost snipe by charging with it up to br 3 on the same side you were receiving fire from on your trip from br 1 to 2...you had no shields...jumping out like that in kinda risky. i would have stayed in br 2 where i knew my guys had my flanks, let my shields recharge, and reassed the situation from there. took you guys a full minute and 30 secs to set up on br side. not really only your fault, more of a team thing, but you can influence team by encouraging the set up earlier...no audio with vid so i don't know if you did or not. at 2 minute mark you found yourself about to get flanked in the library...you missed a lot of shots too...i've noticed between midship and this game, you tend to shoot low on your first shot, and generally this shot misses...try maintaining a shoulder height br position at all possible times. this allows you pull off bxb's, bxr's and gives you better accuracy.....as for the flanking part, you had no grenades, and two guys charging across middle, one with full shields, and one almost dead...i would have abandoned window and went left to door opening to try for the almost dead guy and hope my team had my back...best case scenario here is a 1 for 1 trade, with you getting a kill and an assist, instead all you got was an assist and a death...a net 0-1 trade. nice move at noticing your team had a disavantageous position in middle low and backing up to snipe...but since your team was already at middle low, you should have trusted them to have your back and looked where you were running...since you didn't, you got assasinated on the way...is better to look ahead on lower positions because you can't see movements above you and you don't know if you've been flanked...plus, while low, lookout is such a jumper's paradise, it is always easy to avoid fire if you're getting shot from behind. advancing blind is never a good idea on this map unless you know what is behind you. at 3:28 mark a guy in front of you died...you should have run a little bit more to your right and snagged his two nades...2 more nades is always better, especially if you're really not going out of your way to get them. at the 4:10 mark there was a guy already stuck in front of you...no reason to shoot him as he wasn't threatening any of your guys...this is important for you because you have the habit of reloading everytime you shoot...is a good habit, but unnecessary shooting leads to unneccessary reloading which leads to more opportunities for you to get caught unable to shoot for a few secs. at 4:20 mark you got caught trying to be cute...you jumped to snipe 3 lip to shoot a guy on ramp...thing is, you know he just died...so if any of his other guys die, they're going to spawn lift 1 too...being on that lip left you wide open with no reachable cover for about 2 secs...enough time to get double teamed...and you did. at 4:55 mark, you went off. a pro couldn't have done that any better. at 5:35 mark, you saw 2 guys at lift and proceeded to shoot one, then toss a grenade, then shoot again, and managed to do nothing but die...you should try to throw the grenade first, then shoot the guy, then focus on his friend...this is because all your shooting did was say to the guy, and his friend, "hey, i'm here, go hide". you would have had at least a kill if you naded first, maybe 2. nice snipe at the end of game. another good game, but the guys you were playing sucked as a team and individually. don't get too excited about it, but when you went off was something to behold. BEAVER CREEK ok...nice start...nice nades in the beginning to front door...when you made it to top of their base and saw the glass broken out already, that is a clue they jumped out and teleported for a fast attack...no audio, so i don't know if you said anything or not. at 50 sec mark you met up with killa a second time in base...be more aggro and charge him..in a close environment like that, it is a toss up who wins it, so take your chances up close...you're pretty sick with bxr, and bxb, so you definitely have an advantage up close, but because your br needs work and you tend to miss a lot of shots, staying back is not a good idea for you. nice sniping at 1:20 mark up to 2:30 mark...your team capping the flag was all you, even though you never touched the flag. at about the 6 minute mark you flag was gone and you didn't know...flag was dropped behind your base, so icon looked like it was in your base, but the red icon was up so you should have known at least to take a look to see where it was. took you a good 10 secs to realize it when it was teleported to their base. eventually flag was returned, but you lost two guys and slowed your attack by not returning it when you had the opportunity. at 7 minute mark you focused only on turmoil when there were other targets more easily available. this was by far your best game of the three, individually and as a team. OVERALL 1.)your br needs work...you tend to aim at someone's waist to feet area first, and almost always miss if they are any distance from you, then you freak out with the second shot, but by three you're on target...imagine your self drawing an imaginary 7 from ground level to higher level, with the higher tip of the seven someone's head. tha tis the pattern of your shots. watch the games and you'll see. 2.) your up close skills are pretty damn good. for you, trying to get in close is a good thing, but if you want to be more versatile, you'll have to learn when to hang back. 3.) you need to always cycle your death cam to see were your guys are...sometimes you do, sometimes you don't...you need to always do it. 4.) on shots at long distance with br, when your reticle isn't red, aim in front of people, not on them as you are missing them...if you aim ahead of them, they'll run into your shots...basically, learn to lead with shots at a distance. 5.) play a few games of swat to get used to the head level thing...if you play a game of swat a week, eventually you'll learn how to shoot better at distances. 6.) you do tend to focus on people just a tad bit too long when they are no longer a viable target. switch your targets if one looks better and trust someone on your team will finish off what you started. hope this helps man. i'm no pro, but i enjoy watching videos of gameplay, and i like to speculate what could be done better. as for if these were good games of yours...they were, but keep in mind in the first 2 games on midship and lockout, you "stole" a ton of kills. especially on lockout, i counted 6 one shot kills that were due to your team softening them up for you.

Nice vids Bio, they loade much fatser it seemed than most which is always nice. I must give kudos to Fetal first off, he is very insiteful. I dont think on BC theres a much better place than your snipe point, but I am surprised they let you stay there that long. I usually focus my limited skills on trying to take the sniper out, you were playing a good team I'm surprised they put up with that. Thought you moved from target to target well, many that you couldnt see but your reticule lit up and got kills inspite of limited vision. Truly amazed I didnt see the great points Fetal made on Middy, I'd hate for him to watch me. Only saw a pink 2 that you had a couple stickies you shoulda thrown before firing on them, mighta got a double but got taken out there. Surprised I didnt see much action on p3. Lockout had some cool moments for sure, I only saw a couple little places where you put yourself/team at risk by not trusting the team to finish up some of the rooms and covering other areas while they did. It seemed you sized up the challengers pretty early though, I noticed you put yourself in harms way a few times knowing you didnt need to have full shields to take them on.Your run there towards the end on snipe2 area was fantastic! Rule #1 dont run snipe2 from glass w/Bioslayer there, ouch. Man that was cool, I liked a couple frag tosses on s2catwalk how you like to lay them low and into the wall, sweet. Looking forward to more! :)
