well quitting smoking is going well i havent completely quit. i was smoking 25 - 30 cigs a day. i now only smoke 1 - 2 a day and only half then.  i have had a couple smokless days but get very anxious sometimes and smoking helps that chewing gum has helped me quit.  hopefully in the coming days i will not be smoking period but dropping 23 cigs out of my daily life to me is a good accomplishemnt.  baby steps i guess.

on a personal note:

Burger King pocket bike racer kicks ass

and i need a couple people to do some BR battles on halo 2 with me so i can knock the rust off anf takers?

Quiting the smoking is a lot tougher then tuning your BR. I think you can do both! :) Got my 6yr old girls that game a couple weeks ago, the first time they ran off the track and through one of the holes on the construction looking track they couldnt quit laughing! Then they kept doing it over and over for about 15 min.,LMAO!!!!!!!

Pack and a half a day? That's easy to do, been there done that. I tried the cutting back method and found I steadily increased my smoking over time. The only thing that worked for me was cold turkey and that even took a few times before it stuck. Good luck. You will definitely feel better and your bank account will grow. I bought my first horse with the money I saved after a year smoke free!

you can quit man....you'll be a bit agitated for a week or so. the first couple of days after totally quitting is where you really go through withdrawal, ut the next week or so is where you're just looking for something to do besides smoke...just get another hobby besides halo to kill some smoking time and you should be fine. you can do this. 30 smokes to 2 is pretty good, but you'll get no praise from me until you quit entirely.
