It's worked great for the past two years or so, but lately my 360 (running off the bridge) has been getting dropped from the router or likewise screwing up. Been trying to download the Crackdown demo for a week, finally unplugged and reset the router. That seemed to do the trick. However, there is no way in the hell I'm going to risk not being able to download the H3 beta. Likewise, my better half has been having problems with her machine connecting ,also.
I got online and did some research and found a company called Buffalo that makes wireless components. Didn't want to make the jump to N-protocol yet, so I checked out their G-turbo stuff with MIMO technology. The reviews on these products were absolutely stellar...seemed no one had a bad word to say about them. As they were even much cheaper than the Linksys stuff with SRX, I decided to go for it and bought a Router/accesspoint and an ethernet converter to hook up the toys.
Very psyched to see how they work. I'll let you know in a couple of days.
