To a radar that doesn't indicate whether a blip is friend or foe (usually foe, but not always). Then there are the 'borrowed' mechs that are pretty much completely useless on certain missions due to being slow, underpowered, or having a weapon load out that only a crack head may like.
If you don't like the 'borrowed' mech you can design one for yourself. Only a few problems with that - you usually cannot have the same weapons as on the 'borrowed' mech, it is difficult to tell in the build area whether a weapon is aimed forward or backward (and what use is a weapon pointed up or down?), add/remove will get stuck on a bizarre angle that makes action difficult to determine the outcome (such as, which weapon are you adding or removing).
It is frustrating when a game puts you into a position that you have to ignore your commander and just go with defending/attacking seemingly at random. Try and try again until you guess your actual orders/objectives.
I was going to give a pocket review of the movie Half Nelson, but after 45 minutes I couldn't stand to watch this utterly boring drama. The plot was either 'watch paint dry' or hadn't started by the 45 minute mark. Even by indy movie standards this movie was slow, boring, and a waste of time. Avoid unless you love the genre.
The two or three episodes of the new Battlestar Galactica space-based soap-opera that I watched instead were much more interesting and intense. Just two more episodes and I'll be caught up to current.
Almost forgot, MS finally fixed the xbl gamerscore rewards program site. Sign up for some prizes if you think you have what it takes.- NotStyro's blog
