GoW and R6:V multiplayer

Do I suck because I can't get any of the multiplayer achievements on my games??

Maybe I do, but as most of you could relate, I don't have 8 hours a day to commit to playing games to get better and unlock the multiplayer achievements. Some rounds I do well, others I don't. However, in any case I think I have the most fun on Gears and Rainbow Six:Vegas multiplayer matches. With so many people, it has to be fun. So, I'm not asking for a pity party, but if you run across me in a match...just cut me a little slack will ya, my reflexes aren't as good as some of you! (Anyone have any hints on how to teach my right thumb to NOT overcompensate and move so much when I'm faced with 2 or 3 guys trying to take me down??...it throws my aim off). Hopefully, I'll improve my R6V reflexes by playing through the campaign on "Realistic", and since I only got the game a few days ago.

My only request for Gears of War 2...open up some other multiplayer match types. R6V is awesome in Team Sharpshooter with 8 v 8. I think an 8 v 8 match would be awesome for Gears, or even a Deathmatch round where it's you against everyone else! Not sure about CTF, but I think Gears could stand some additional multiplayer tweaks for sure.

I dread the MP achievements on Halo3...I'm only up to rank 14 on Halo2....
