In a match last night, I know that I was consistantly tagged in the head by a certain member of 2o2p and consistantly popped 2 people. I guess that our playing styles and skills just matched up in such a way that that's how it worked. Now to be fair, some of this is player's just knowing their strengths, knowing the maps and playing to that. But how do you make yourself a better player when someone is popping you in the head repeatedly?
Talk.
Talk to your teammates and say "Hey , there's a gut in that lower right door and he's getting me everytime I go out the door to the right of our spawn." You're teammates can offer advice on other ways to take him out, cover you with cover fire or grenades, or switch while you try a different route. Don't make my mistake and go up on the roof in Killhouse 4 times to pad someone else's score. Just because you rocked on the roof last round doesn't mean you have the mojo this round. So talk to your teammates, listen to them, and learn how to work as a team.
Unless you play with timmies, then you're just screwed.
