So I called my good buddy Matt today. Matt said the same ol line of crap blah blah , sorry, sorry. Have not recieved My approvel for a new console but he now has the ability to request it himself?! What?! Anyway He should hear something in another day or 2.. What A bunch of shit. So he should call me Saturday when he returns to work, must be Microsoft math 3 days = 2 .. While it is Good to talk with the same person every time the process seems the same...Give the customer the run around apoligize alot, lie and promise you care.
Frankly, this is just plain Stoopid at this time.
What is my recourse? Complain to the BBB? Yeah right, Do you know how a company becomes a memeber of the BBB? You pay them! Why? So you can say your a good company and a member of the BBB.. They have no power. If your company gets enough complaints they drop you off the BBB list complaints compared to how much Buisness you do. In other words Ms will never be dropped and like their buisness would suffer if it was......Class action law suit.....Why, so some lawyer can get rich and I get what, 300 bucks and loose my warrenty. File in small claims court? while I may get reimbursed it really means nothing at this time. Ms will replace my console its just the time frame in which its being handled thats a joke.
To summerize it Takes having 4 consoles breaking and over a month to get a NEW CONSOLE <_-----Wow, what a product ,what Service , What a Flippin JOKE.
Maybe I need a good writer to read bitter blogs, Put it all together , clean it up and put it on a platform that will get noticed. Not just for me but for every poor SOB that has to go through this Process of disapointment with one fo the LArgest and most powerfull companies there is....
