Old man winter, please don't leave me!

Like everyone else, my job has some advantages and disadvantages. One of the disadvantages is that when it's nice outside, we're busy and working more days and longer hours. Most of the year we are here Monday through Friday from 6am - 5pm, then from 6am - noon on Saturdays. During the winter (approx Dec 1 to April 1) we cut back to being open from 7am til 4pm, and we close on Saturdays.

Being on salary, it's easy to see which time of the year I prefer. I love the nice sunny weather but since I have very little time to enjoy it anyway, I'd really rather keep winter around for as long as possible. Shoveling snow can be a pain in the ass, but it's better than having 20 extra hours at the office. Winter isn't even completely gone yet and I already miss it!
