Regular soda will give you a whole range of risk factors for problems. Diet sodas with artifical sweeteners will give you a whole different list of risk factors for problems. You shouldn't drink soda period. Which way do you want to die, being shot or being hung. Those are your choices when deciding between Regular or Diet soda.
